It's about the best we've ever rented. The location is very good with easy access, but not in a busy part of the metro. The ... place is quiet enough inside and out. The storage is enough for us. Parking is good, with the option of a small rental for covered parking and a bit more for individual garaged parking. We haven't tried the pool yet. The best (for us retired people) is that we were able to get a 2 bedroom on ground level with NO stairs! We plan to live here a long time. The maintenance men are very cordial and accommodating and very willing to listen to what your problems might be.
