I have lived in Riverwood Apartments for four years. Overall, it has been a good experience for me. One thing for sure, they care about their tenants, appearance, concerns, and they meet our needs!

I'm sitting here looking out my window, and I'm having a feeling of gratefulness. Riverwood luxury apartments, is the best property in the greater Genesee area. I truly believe a lot is do to the management of a young lady who's name is Tammy, the office manager. I totally appreciate the way she cares for this property as if it where her personal home. I see her out and about the property getting in the dirt. I've never witnessed anything like it. The property is amazing. It's quiet, if something goes wrong she sent someone in a timely manner, and I absolutely love the layout of my 2br apartment. I love her before a few years ago, and I hated to leave. But I'm feeling so grateful that God has blessed me to return. Nothing in this world is perfect, but I cherish my peace at all cost. My home is my peace, and at Riverwood I'm peacefully at home. I just had to stop for a minute, and do this review simply out of respect, and to say thank you 😊

I resided at Riverwood over 7 years. Had I not decided to relocate I would still be a resident. My relationship with Tami C. (office manager) was great! Tami is approachable and engaging. She is always willing to go above and beyond to make sure residents are taken care of and enjoy their time at Riverwood. I was able to get familiar with maintenance staff whom you regularly see on the property taking care of residents needs. I've recommended Riverwood to family and friends.

Moving to Riverwood was the best decision I've made. I love my community, the staff, and the location!
